What you are buying, and from whom
One purchase of $19. No subscription, no account, and nothing that expires. This page says what that includes and what it does not.
Who sells it
AgentMuse is sold by Nub Labs Private Limited, which is also the copyright holder. Everything below is an agreement with that company. You can reach it at contact@agentmuse.app.
What you buy
$19, once, for the application. That is the whole product: capturing your coding sessions, watching them live, replaying them, turning them into a story, exporting and sharing the result, and keeping your own local history of all of it.
Nothing is held back behind a second purchase, there is no tier above this one, and nothing renews. There is one thing to buy and this is it.
Your card issuer may convert the price into your own currency and may add a fee of its own. That happens on their side, we never see it, and the amount we charge is the price above.
The trial
14 days, free, with no card and no account. It is the complete product rather than a reduced version, which is the point: the trial is how you find out whether this is worth buying.
It starts when you install the application and runs on your own machine, so it is counted locally rather than by us. When it ends the application stops capturing new sessions and says so, and the interface blurs behind that message. Everything you captured during the trial stays yours: it remains readable, replayable and exportable, and buying later resumes capture where it stopped.
How it reaches you
Payment is taken by Razorpay. We never see or hold your card details. Once the payment is confirmed, a licence is issued and emailed to the address you paid with, usually within seconds. The application itself is a download from this site.
If the email does not arrive, write to contact@agentmuse.app and we will resend the licence we already issued. Check the spam folder first; it is where it usually is.
Updates are included
Future 1.x releases cost nothing to anybody who bought the application. There is no upgrade fee and no second purchase.
The application can check for a new version, and that check is a setting you can turn off and a button you can press. Nothing downloads or installs itself: taking an update is always something you click.
Your licence
Your licence is a signed file, tied to the email address you bought with and not to a particular computer. The application checks it on your own machine against a key built into the download. There is no account to create, no login, no activation, and nothing to contact a server about.
We would rather say the consequence than let you discover it: because there is no server in that path, we cannot see what you do with the software and we cannot switch a licence off once it is issued. Please treat it as yours rather than as something to pass around. The product is cheap, one purchase, and built by a small team on the assumption that is enough.
Refunds
Ask and you get your money back. No time limit, no reason needed, and you keep the software. The full policy, including why you keep it, is on the refund and cancellation page.
There is nothing to cancel: this is one payment, not a subscription.
What we hold about you
For a purchase: the email address you bought with, the reference Razorpay gives us for the payment, the licence we issued, and a partner code if you used one. That is the record of your order and what lets us resend a licence or process a refund. Razorpay keeps its own record of the payment, under its own terms.
For the software: nothing. The sessions you capture stay on your machine. They are never uploaded, we have no copy, there is no telemetry and no crash reporting, and the application makes no network call you did not ask for. Buying does not change any of that - the purchase happens here on the website, and the application never speaks to it.
What you need to run it
macOS 11.0 or later, on either Apple Silicon or Intel. The download is a single application that runs natively on both. If you are not sure, the 14 day trial will tell you for certain before you spend anything.
What we do not promise
The software is sold as it is. We have built it carefully and we use it on our own work every day, and we still cannot promise it suits your particular purpose, that it never gets anything wrong, or that it will run forever on an operating system we do not control.
If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid, which we will do on request anyway. Nothing here takes away a right your own country's consumer law gives you.
If these terms change
We may change this page. A change applies to purchases made after it, never to one already made: your licence does not have terms applied to it later, and nothing about what you bought is re-issued or re-decided.
