How to ask

Email contact@agentmuse.app from the address you bought with, or tell us which address you used. That is the whole process. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask.

You keep the software

Your licence keeps working after a refund. This is not a gesture: it is how the product is built. Your licence is checked on your own machine against a key inside the application, with no server involved, so there is nothing we could switch off even if we wanted to. We would rather say that plainly than write a clause pretending otherwise.

There is nothing to cancel

AgentMuse is one purchase of $19. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge, so there is no cancellation to make. If you have been charged more than once, that is a mistake and the address above will fix it.

Before you buy

The 14 day trial is the whole product, free, from the first time you run it. Nothing is held back during it. The trial is the right place to find out whether this is for you, which is why there is no card and no account involved in it.

What happens to what you captured

Nothing. Every session you captured is on your own machine and stays there. It is not ours to remove, we have never had a copy, and a refund does not change that.
