What helps
If something is wrong, the version number is the single most useful thing to include. It is at the bottom right of the application window, beside the capture indicators.
Nothing is collected automatically and there are no crash reports, so anything you want us to see has to be something you choose to send. Please do not send captured session data: it is yours, it stays on your machine by design, and we would rather read your description of the problem than hold your work.
